Kellogg’s was founded in 1906 and was incorporated in Delaware in 1922. TK Maxx

TK Maxx is part of the TJX Companies family and first launched in the UK and Ireland in 1994. In 2007 TK Maxx expanded into Europe, opening stores in Germany. Soon after, in 2008 TJX brought its sister company HomeSense to the UK, and launched tkmaxx.com in the UK online in 2009, as well as opening stores in Poland. Ocado

Ocado is the world’s largest dedicated online grocery retailer. Next

The NEXT retail chain was launched in February 1982 and originally focused on clothes, shoes and accessories for women. Collections for men, children and the home quickly followed. Today NEXT trades from more than 500 stores in the UK and Ireland, with almost 200 stores in more than 35 countries overseas. In 1988, the ground-breaking mail order operation NEXT Directory was launched. The Range

The Range (originally CDS Superstores), was founded in 1980 by Plymouth-based entrepreneur Chris Dawson, opening its first superstore at Sugar Mill Business Park in Plymouth in 1989. Nice-Pak International was founded in the US more than half a century ago.
