We work with the world’s most ambitious companies, delivering and actively managing thoughtfully designed logistics buildings that give them the space they need to succeed.

We see our relationships as collaborative and for the long term. With this in mind, we regularly visit our customers to get a first-hand understanding of their supply chains, any challenges they are facing and future trends.

Our deep insights inform our development and asset management approach, meaning we can draw on our team’s specialist sector knowledge to stay ahead of trends and deliver innovative solutions for our customers, suited to their current and future needs.

Development

We support many of our customers right from the start of their supply chain real estate journey. Listening to their needs, we can release land from our significant land platform to build flexible, high-quality assets that are the right size, in the right location, with the right specification for each company we work with.  We like a challenge and understand that one size doesn’t fit all.

Asset management

We have a close relationship with our customers, delivering solutions for their individual needs. Some of these solutions typically include making alterations or advancements to help companies to overcome constraints in their existing buildings; supporting future expansion plans; increasing the efficiency of buildings; and implementing initiatives to support the health and wellbeing of staff and the local area.
