Dunelm has committed significant capital investment into the fit-out of this facility, which is strategically located at Prologis Park Sideway. Dunelm occupies two smaller units nearby. When combined, these three buildings, totalling c. 1m sq ft, form Dunelm’s national distribution centre for the UK.
