Our Team

Aaron joined Tritax in 2021 as Transactions Director for Tritax Big Box REIT, where he is responsible for the fund’s capital recycling programme by means of sourcing, appraising and concluding acquisitions or identifying and carrying out asset disposals. Other responsibilities involve portfolio analysis, portfolio strategy and asset planning. Aaron has over 14 years’ experience in commercial real estate and started his career at SEGRO where he worked in a variety of roles across the Group in the UK and Europe. Initially as an analyst covering valuations, corporate finance and strategy, before moving into the Investment team in 2014. Whilst there he completed over £1.8bn of investment transactions. Aaron holds a BSc in Geography and an MSc in Economics and Finance from the University of Bristol and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2014.

Adam has over 15 years experience in the Industrial and Logistics property sector. A qualified Chartered Surveyor, he commenced his career at SEGRO plc, initially managing a large portfolio of grade A industrial assets, before a stint in Germany providing strategic development advice. Latterly, he moved into logistics development within a SEGRO team comprised of former directors of Roxhill Developments, focusing on the development management of a number of prestigious logistics parks in the Midlands, notably East Midlands Gateway, Northampton Gateway and at Radlett, all of which are rail freight linked schemes.

Since joining Tritax Symmetry in 2023, he has been responsible for leading the Midlands Intermodal Logistics Hub project.

Adelina joined in 2017 as a Purchase Ledger Clerk and has since advanced to an Assistant Project Accountant. An ACCA part-qualified accountant, she is working towards becoming a Chartered Accountant. Adelina produces management accounts, manages payroll, and provides essential support to the Finance Manager. 

Adrian joined Tritax in June 2011 as an Accounts Executive in the Bedford office and was primarily tasked with working on the legacy funds. In January 2015, Adrian was given the opportunity to work on the Tritax Big Box REIT Fund in the London office, which meant that he would have to split his time between the London office and the Bedford office. As the TBBR Fund grew so quickly, Adrian was then relocated to the London office permanently in January 2016 to work solely on that fund as the Fund Accountant to the Finance team.

Alastair is a qualified marketeer with a broad mix of experience in leading brand houses and marketing agencies working across global mega brands such as Coca-Cola, as well as creating and nurturing start up brands.

He helped deliver the global brand revitalisation of Dunhill Tobacco of London for British American Tobacco that led to a 5% year on year growth across the top 3 markets. Whilst at Diageo he delivered Europe level shopper marketing campaigns for Captain Morgan and Smirnoff, and has launched new products and initiatives for Sennheiser and Shell.

This broad experience across a mix of categories has crystallised for Alastair that a customer orientated approach always leads to share and revenue growth. As the first marketing director at Tritax Symmetry, Alastair's role is to define the marketing strategy and embed an occupier-orientated approach across all touchpoints and communications, whilst elevating Tritax Big Box Developments' reputation in the industry.

Andrew is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years of commercial property experience. He specialises in delivering cradle-to-grave property strategies to maximise profit & minimise risk.

He established the Manchester Office in 2012, to capitalise on development and the repositioning opportunities in Northern England & Scotland. Andrew has a long track record of successfully delivering multi-phase developments within his geography & further afield.

Andrew was formerly a Director of Savills and Partner for Fuller Peiser. Prior to joining the company, Andrew was responsible for all aspects of acquiring, developing & managing a £120m property portfolio for a family trust.

Anisha is legal counsel to the Tritax Group. Anisha graduated with an LLB from Kings College London in 2006 and completed the Legal Practice Course with Distinction in 2007. Following qualification as a solicitor in 2011, Anisha gained significant experience in real estate investment and development as a senior associate at international law firm Ashurst LLP, acting for investment funds, pension funds, developers and occupational tenants. Anisha also has broad experience in real estate finance. Anisha joined Tritax in 2018 to support Tritax EuroBox plc following its IPO and now provides legal guidance to all Tritax funds and the Tritax Group.

With over 25 years of practical construction knowledge and expertise, Ben has a proven track record in delivering industrial and logistics projects. His experience includes managing extensive and varied teams. Previously at SEGRO, Ben played a pivotal role in numerous projects across Greater London, collaborating closely with development managers to oversee the technical, demolition, and construction aspects of new single-unit and multi-unit schemes.

Bjorn joined Tritax Group in 2011 and became an Equity Partner in 2017. Bjorn is the Investment Director for Tritax Big Box REIT’s (TBBR), managing the investment portfolio, which involves setting the strategy, asset planning, sources and appraises suitable investments for acquisitions or disposals as part of the capital rotation. In addition, Bjorn manages the Bi-annual valuation process of the investment portfolio. Prior to joining Tritax Group, Bjorn worked at SG Commercial LLP in investment and development transactions, where he advised Tritax Group on their portfolio acquisitions and disposals. Bjorn started his career at Faber Maunsell (now AECOM) and went on to undertake an MA in Property Valuation and Law at Cass Business School, London. Bjorn undertook his professional training at Atisreal (now BNP Real Estate) in London, where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2005.

Catherine joined Tritax in November 2016. Previous roles include HOC for another property fund manager and a regulated payment services provider. Holding a range of positions within retail funds. Catherine holds a level 3 award in Global Financial Compliance, a level 3 award in Unit Trust Administration and is an associate at the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments.

Charles joined Tritax in April 2023 as Director of Investor Relations. Working across Private Markets products and Tritax Big Box REIT plc, he is responsible for engagement with the investment community. Prior to joining Tritax, Charles spent five years at Hays plc, initially in Investor Relations before also taking on responsibilities for the company’s ESG initiatives and communications. This followed his time as an equity analyst at Redburn and roles in Corporate Banking, Private Equity and Project Finance at Lloyds Bank. Charles is a CFA charterholder, has a CIMA Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting, and a BSc in Economics and Psychology from Durham University.

Charlie joined Tritax in September 2017, becoming an equity partner in 2020. Charlie’s primary focus is overseeing the development activities of Tritax Big Box REIT Plc which owns the UK’s largest logistics focused development land platform. He also consults across Tritax Group’s other funds where development expertise is required. Charlie has over 33 years’ experience in the UK industrial and logistics real estate sector. Before joining Tritax he focussed on industrial asset management and development at Cedarwood Asset Management which he co-founded in 2009. Prior to this he was a director at Chancerygate, the UK’s largest multi-unit industrial property developer and asset manager. Charlie started his career in commercial real estate at Strutt & Parker in 1989, working in the business space team.

Chase joined Tritax in 2019. After completing a BSc. In Mathematics and an MSc. In Economics, Finance and Management from the University of Bristol, Chase left the UK for Hong Kong. There, he joined the investment arm of the Dutch banking group, Rabobank International where he worked for 6 years in the Multi-Asset Structuring division. Responsible for designing algorithmic investments and exotic derivatives, he became skilled in Financial Modelling and Analytics, presenting complex ideas to investors across SE Asia in an accessible manner. Upon returning to London, he further developed this skillset at Avison Young Real Estate Finance, leading the analysis of massive multi-phase developments and property portfolios alike. Chase is a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (AMCT), a “Future Leader in Treasury” for 2017 and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). Chase also has certifications in Computer Science and Machine Learning from MIT and Columbia, New York.

Colin is an Equity Partner and joint CEO of Tritax Group, leading the Group’s fund management function. Colin is also CEO to FTSE 250 Tritax Big Box REIT Plc, where he has overall responsibility for daily operations and the provision of strategic investment advice to the non-executive Board. Colin began his career with Barclays Bank before joining Conran Roche in the late 1980s. Following this, Colin took a BSc degree in Urban Estate Management at Kingston University, graduating with First Class honours. Colin then joined Weatherall Green and Smith (now BNP Paribas Real Estate) where he qualified as a chartered surveyor, specialising in portfolio fund management and working on property mandates for British Gas Staff Pension Scheme and Blue Circle pension fund.

Colin has nearly 20 years of experience in the design and management of a large variety of land development and infrastructure schemes from planning through to completion. For Tritax, his primary focus is overseeing the design and delivery of infrastructure, working closely with the Development Directors.

His main objective has always been providing sustainable infrastructure through the design integration of engineering with landscape and architectural design to achieve high levels of placemaking. He has extensive and diverse experience across industrial and logistics, commercial, residential, and major highway schemes. Prior to joining Tritax, Colin led the Stantec Northampton Civil Engineering team, as well as, managing multi-disciplinary teams across complex projects.

Dave is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and has more than 16 years' experience in full-cycle property development, strategic land promotion, property regeneration & asset/investment management across all major real estate asset classes; delivering some of the largest property development and regeneration schemes throughout the UK over the last few years. As Head of the Manchester Office, Dave is responsible for leading our team based in Manchester; overseeing the smooth running of our existing projects within the region and proactively seeking new land & development opportunities throughout the Midlands, Northern England & Scotland.

Prior to joining the company, Dave has previously held other roles with Harworth Group plc, Hargreaves Land, HS2 and Town Centre Securities plc.

David joined Tritax as a Senior Asset Manager, when UK Commercial Property REIT merged with Tritax Big Box REIT in May 2024. He is responsible for driving performance through strategic asset management and value add initiatives whilst also building and maintaining strong occupier relationships. Working across a variety of initatives, David has gained extensive asset management experience across the full range of traditional sectors while also completing on numerous Investment Sales & Purchases including Company and Asset transactions. He has worked at Ignis Asset Management, Standard Life Investments and abrdn advising UK Commercial Property REIT. David holds an BSc in Land Economy from the University of the West of Scotland and an Investment Diploma from Cambridge University. David qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1996.

Deborah joined in 2024 as Executive Assistant supporting the Head of the Manchester Office. She has over 20 years’ experience supporting senior executives in professional service firms and the engineering sector.  

Elizabeth joined in 2021 as Purchase Ledger Clerk. 

Ferne joined Tritax in March 2023 as content and communications consultant. Ferne has worked in corporate communications for more than 20 years; most recently at EY Global, where she was part of a team that supported the Global Chair and other senior stakeholders on external and internal communications. Prior, Ferne was Head of Media and PR for Tate & Lyle PLC and worked in marketing for the commercial arm of the Royal Institute of British Architects, RIBA Enterprises. Ferne has an MA in History from Durham University.

Frankie joined Tritax in 2014 and is responsible for all historical and strategic financial matters in relation to Tritax Big Box REIT plc (BBOX), which includes interim and year end reporting, corporate compliance, budgeting/forecasting treasury management and the monitoring of internal financial controls. Frankie is also involved in BBOX’s capital market activity including equity issuances and debt financings, along with taking care of all Board level financial reporting. Frankie has over 10 years’ experience working in the real estate industry having previously spent three years as Financial Controller at Primary Health Properties Plc (PHP), a healthcare focussed REIT. He trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PKF (UK) LLP, who subsequently merged with BDO LLP, where he acted as Assistant Manager.

George joined Tritax Management LLP as a Property Manager in September 2024. Prior to joining, he was a Portfolio Manager in the Operations Team for over 6 years at Revantage Real Estate (the asset management platform established by Blackstone). George has gained a wide range of property and asset management experience working across various large mixed-use estates as well as logistics and standalone office assets in the UK and Europe. He holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University and studied Real Estate at Virginia Tech University on a study abroad program.

Gilly joined in 2023. A Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) with over 20 years of experience, Gilly oversees financial control for projects. Her extensive background spans finance roles in pharmaceutical, construction, and property development sectors. 

Graham joined Tritax Group in September 2023 as the fund controller for TBBR. Prior to joining Tritax, Graham started his career at EY in South Africa where he qualified as CA(SA). He then went on to do a secondment in Chicago before coming to the UK where he started his career in real estate at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. His primary focus is delivering the half year and year-end financial reporting, transaction structuring, corporate and tax compliance, treasury management, risk management and monitoring of internal financial controls.

Hana joined Tritax in October 2018 and is a Chartered Secretary with over 15 years’ corporate governance experience gained in FTSE 250 and FTSE 100 companies in various sectors including shipbroking, insurance, mining and property. At Tritax, Hana is responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements of the AIC Code, Listing rules, DTRs, MAR and best practice corporate governance for Tritax Big Box REIT Plc, Tritax EuroBox Plc, TPIF, MetroBox and their subsidiaries. Prior to joining Tritax, Hana worked for three and a half years at Clarkson Plc, providing a wide range of company secretarial services to the Group and deputising for the Company Secretary. She focused on shareholder services for over two years whilst at Aviva PLC from 2013 to 2015 and before that, Hana specialised in share scheme administration from 2010 to 2012 at Rio Tinto Plc. From 2009 to 2010, Hana was an Assistant Company Secretary at Santon Capital PLC, and from 2004 to 2009 she held various roles at Raven Russia plc, culminating in the role of the Company Secretary in Cyprus. Hana is an Associate of the ICSA, The Governance Institute.

Henry joined Tritax as an equity partner in 2008. He is responsible for the structuring and operation of the Tritax Group Funds, providing general legal counsel and overseeing operations. Henry is a qualified solicitor, who completed his articles with Ashurst LLP in 2001, specialising in taxation, mergers and acquisitions. He qualified as a chartered tax adviser in 2004, before moving to Fladgate LLP in 2005, where he became a partner in 2007. At Fladgate LLP, Henry specialised in the structuring of commercial property funds.

Henry joined Tritax in November 2021 as Head of Research. He is responsible for research across all of the Tritax managed funds. He has 20 years’ experience within the real estate and finance sector. Previous roles include leading Real Estate Research at EY and working on the European Real Estate Research team at Deutsche Bank (RREEF). He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds an MSc in Real Estate Investment from Bayes Business School and BSc in Geography.

Ian joined Tritax in 2020 and leads the Group’s investor relations function and has primary responsibility for Tritax Big Box investor engagement.

Iwona joined in 2022 as a Financial Accountant. Iwona is a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) with over 10 years of experience in an accounting practice. Iwona produces management accounts and statutory financial statements.

Jake joined Tritax Big Box Developments in 2022 and is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 5 years’ experience in the commercial property market. He previously worked at Deloitte in the Real Estate division providing development, investment and funding advice for private and public sector clients, focused on large strategic sites spanning a range of asset classes

James is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) with over 20 years’ of extensive experience delivering varied and complex projects within the Built Environment. He manages the Construction elements of Tritax Symmetry’s development schemes within the Manchester office, working closely with the Development Directors. Before joining Tritax at the start 2024 he previously worked for Rider Levett Bucknall as a Senior Associate within the Project Management division.

James joined Tritax in 2020 as Asset Manager of the MetroBox Fund, before moving in 2022 to lead the Asset Management of the EuroBox Fund. He joined the Big Box Asset Management team in July 2024. James is responsible for strategic asset management, the management of third-party asset managers and professionals and ultimately identifying and progressing value enhancing initiatives across the portfolio to protect and maximise investor returns. Prior to joining Tritax James completed a MSc in Real Estate at Reading University and started his career at Savills as a graduate before joining Savills Investment Management as an Assistant Fund Manager in 2014 before becoming a Portfolio Manager in 2016.

James is an equity partner and Joint CEO at Tritax Group. He oversees the strategic vision of the company’s existing products whilst also leading the identification, development and equity deployment of new investment offerings. James is one of the founding partners of the Manager and the Investment Adviser, along with Colin Godfrey. James and Colin have worked together for over 25 years. James studied Property Valuation and Finance at City University before joining Weatherall Green and Smith (now BNP Paribas Real Estate) where he qualified as a chartered surveyor in their Investment Development and Agency division in 1991.

Jonathan, who joined us in 2007 from Reading Borough Council, has over 16 years of experience taking major residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes through the planning system. He spearheads the planning strategy for our strategic land holdings from acquisition to disposal.

With a meticulous approach, Jonathan oversees all project aspects, from promoting sites through the development plan process to submitting planning applications. He manages multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring robust planning arguments are presented. Recent successes include securing planning consent for significant projects such as Symmetry Park in Kettering and Rugby, detailed permission for the next phase of Symmetry Park in Biggleswade, and the development of Siemens Healthineers' new 604,000 sq ft global production facility.

Jonathan brings extensive expertise to his role as a Board Member, Head of the Northampton Office and qualified Chartered Surveyor, with three decades of experience in real estate as both an agent and developer. Previously, he managed leasing and investment teams in London and Birmingham at Cushman & Wakefield and JLL before turning to development in 2006.

Jonathan's geographical focus is the East and West Midlands, overseeing existing projects and seeking new large-scale, multi-phase opportunities. His strong financial and analytical skills are at the core of his approach to development, managing risk at every stage.

Joe joined Tritax Big Box Developments in 2019 and is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 8 years’ experience in the commercial property market. He previously worked at CBRE in the South-East & Midlands market providing leasing and development advice to a variety of occupiers, investors & developers.

Joe’s key focus area involves the delivery of existing projects for both speculative and pre-committed units, together with sourcing new strategic development sites. Current projects include Tritax Parks Rugby, Gloucester and Doncaster.

Outside of work, having been brought up on a family farm in Northampton, Joe remains actively involved in the day-to-day running of the family business.

Since joining in 2017 as an Investment and Business Analyst, Justin has ensured high-quality development appraisals and analysis across the business. He is dedicated to streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.

Kate is a Chartered Surveyor with 15 years' property experience. Kate joined Tritax Big Box Developments in 2022 and has delivered residential, industrial and mixed-use development across the UK.

Kat has over 10 years’ experience within the Built Environment, graduating with a BA (hons) Interior Architecture & Design. Starting her early career as a Freelance Designer in London, she made the move to Hong Kong, China where she worked for AtkinsRéalis (formally Atkins) gaining invaluable experience working on large scale complex mixed-use projects across the Asia pacific. Prior to joining the company in 2021, she’s also worked on several bespoke Hospitality and New Build Housing Projects across the UK from pre-construction through to completion. She currently sits within the Construction team assisting with the procurement and construction of developments, with particular emphasis on compliance of construction procedures, while working towards her APM Project Management qualification.

Kat is a keen sports woman, known for her competitive streak representing Hong Kong, China at the 2017 FIL Women's Lacrosse World Cup.

Katie has over 9 years' experience working within the property industry prior to joining Tritax Big Box Developments in 2023 having previously worked at The Arch Company where, as Head of Development, East, Katie was responsible for all development projects across North and Southeast London. Prior to joining The Arch Company, Katie held various positions at Network Rail, where she qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2015.

Since joining in 2016, Kirstie has played a key role in driving visibility and engagement across Tritax Big Box Development’s extensive site portfolio. With a mini-MBA in brand management, she ensures all content and communications consistently align with the brand's values. Her efforts support and strengthen the Company’s reputation as a leader in commercial development.

Laura joined in 2022 as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant. In 2024, she transitioned to Construction Project Coordinator, where she oversees Health and Safety and manages the Northampton Office facilities. Laura is pursuing her NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety. 

Leonie joined Tritax Big Box Developments in 2016 as an Assistant Management Accountant. With a strong finance background, she handles management and statutory accounts and company secretarial duties. Leonie is an ACCA part-qualified accountant and is currently working toward becoming a Chartered Accountant. 

Lewis has been at Turley for the last 18 years and before that was in Local Authority. He is currently an Associate Director. His experience is made up from a broad mix of sectors and as a result has worked on projects with Panatone, GLP, Tritax (with Peter Whittingham), Harworth Estates etc.  From 2015 onwards, Lewis has been involved in increasing amounts of logistics + industrial schemes, and has been involved in Rail Central DCO – A multi modal strategic rail freight in East Midlands -He’s been involved in preparing responses Consenting strategy for energy DCOs in Energy, Nuclear and Waste schemes with nationally significant status.

Linda joined in 2022. With over 20 years of experience supporting senior executives and managers, she serves as an Executive Assistant to the Property and Planning team in the Northampton office.

Lizzie joined Tritax in May 2022 as the Marketing and Communications Executive, leading on social media and associated creative input. She joined after five years of working in PR and internal communications in the automotive and financial services sectors. She has experience in reputation and brand management including responding to several high-profile events. Lizzie has a BA in Business and Event Management.

Mark joined Tritax in March 2021 after spending over 26 years working for major Third Party Logistics operators such as DHL and CEVA both in the UK as well as in senior Operational and Commercial roles. Mark is responsible for working with our existing customer base across all Tritax Funds to improve our understanding of their supply chains and identify opportunities to create value for them via our development platform. Mark is also focused on proactively developing relationships with key decision makers at prospective new customers to diversify our occupier base.

Martin joined Tritax in March 2020 and currently assists Tritax Management LLP’s Fund and Asset Managers, primarily supporting, but not limited to Tritax Big Box REIT. Responsibilities include work on acquisitions and disposals, valuations, income and value-add initiatives with current/potential tenants, along with financial modelling and due diligence work. In addition, he provides a conduit to a large EMEA real estate network built up over 15 years. Prior to joining the team, Martin previously worked in asset management, devising, monitoring and delivering pro-active strategies and spent eight years at CBRE in their National Valuation and Corporate Capital Markets teams. During this time, he was responsible for carrying out loan security valuations in the logistics sector and reviewing occupational real estate for businesses wishing to identify capital raising or consolidation real estate strategies, along with the execution of transactions. Martin qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2008 after obtaining a degree in Land Management at the University of Reading.

Max is a Development Surveyor who joined the company in 2024 having previously been at Colliers working in the Industrial and Logistics agency team.

Max’s role lies in the strategic planning and delivery of speculative and pre-committed units. Alongside this, his focus is securing new opportunities to feed into the development pipeline.

Michelle is a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development member, currently pursuing the Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management.

As a delivery-focused leader and strategic advisor, Michelle has over 15 years of experience developing high-performing teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders at Board and Executive levels across banking, social housing, and retail sectors.

A key member of the leadership team, Michelle works closely with the Shareholder and Management Boards to identify strategic priorities, acting as both a facilitator and a hands-on planning and delivery expert.

Passionate about personal development, Michelle leverages her coaching and mentoring skills to ensure staff welfare and training remain top priorities.

Nancy joined Tritax in September 2018 as Executive Assistant to the CEO/CFO/Investor Relations and wider Tritax Big Box team. Nancy has significant experience working for C-suite executives and providing executive support to ensure the seamless and efficient execution of daily operations within the fund. Previously Nancy worked for UHNW and family for 10 years and had a short spell in Parliament.

Nicola joined Tritax in December 2021 to lead on the strategic marketing and communications for Tritax Management and its funds. Nicola has 18+ years in house and agency experience, providing corporate, financial and internal communications advice across a range of sectors. Most recently, she worked as Head of Investor Relations at regeneration specialists U+I. She has significant experience in profile raising, reputation and brand management, mergers and acquisitions and stakeholder engagement. Nicola has a BA in French and German from Exeter University.

Oliver joined in 2022 as a Development Surveyor.
